Order confirmation:
All orders are automatically confirmated via e-mail and you will within 12 hours on normal workdays receive an email if there should be any problems with delivery (out-of-stock).

You can always follow your order status by following the link in your order confirmation or by login on your account.


Payment:
Orders can be payed in the following ways:

Dankort, Visa, Visa electron/Vpay, Mastercard/Maestro, JCB, American Express, Diners, Discover.

DKK, SEK, NOK, US$, GBP, AUD, YEN and EURO.
We use a payment gateway from paypal. All card data is sent encrypted.
We can not increase the amount if you want to add more items. Instead you can make a new order - We will combine it so you only pay for one shipping.

IMPORTANT - AFTER FINISHING PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL DO NOT CLOSE THE WINDOW - YOU NEED TO PUSH THE BUTTON "Return to Diamonds4ever" - IF YOU CLOSE THE WINDOW WE WILL RECEIVE THE PAYMENT - BUT YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE COMPLETED AND THE ITEMS WILL STILL BE IN YOUR SHOPPING BASKET.
This means that if you buy unique Trollbeads they will not be reserved for you.

Dispute:
If you have a dispute you can use the Online Dispute Resolution found here if you are a resident in EU.


Delivery:
Normally we will send the items the next day from where we receive payment (3 weeks clearence time with checks). In some cases, when we are very busy, there can be some delayment. Please check your order history to see your order status. There will not be shipped any orders during the weekends and on Danish holidays. 

In your order involves special items needed to be produces, the order will be sent when we can make a compleate delivery.

All orders with insured shipping are beeing delivered by registrated post via Post Danmark and to the official postal service in your country.
You will receive Track & Trace number when the items have been shipped. Please notice that Track & Trace to some contries do not work from the Danish Customs/border e.g. The Netherlands.
Track & Trace from us to the Danish Customs/border: www.postdanmark.dk/tt Delivery time in Scandinavia is normally 5 weekdays. EU and United States please allow up to 10 weekdays. We are happy to accept international orders. There are no restrictions and you can order freely.

All products are shipped in a protected package.


Return:
It is easy to return an item for an exchange or refund. For a full refund, return merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Please assist us by indicating the reason for your return or exchange on the back of your packing slip.
We will refund or credit the value of the item you were charged within 6 days of receiving it. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
