Order confirmation:
All orders are automatically confirmated via e-mail and you will within 12 hours on normal workdays receive an email if there should be any problems with delivery (out-of-stock).

You can always follow your order status by following the link in your order confirmation or by login on your account.

If you want to pay via bank-transfer or by check the order will be valid for 10 days. If we have not received paymet by then the order is canceled.

Delivery:
Normally we will send the items the next day from where we receive payment (3 weeks clearence time with checks). In some cases, when we are very busy, there can be some delayment. Please check your order history to see your order status.

In your order involves special items needed to be produces, the order will be sent when we can make a compleate delivery.

All orders is beeing delivered by registrated post via Post Danmark and to the official postal service in your country.
You will receive Track & Trace number when the items have been shipped. Please notice that Track & Trace to some contries do not work from the Danish Customs/border e.g. The Netherlands.
Track & Trace from us to the Danish Customs/border: www.postdanmark.dk/tt Delivery time in Scandinavia is normally 5 weekdays. EU and United States please allow up to 10 weekdays. We are happy to accept international orders. There are no restrictions and you can order freely.

All domestic orders will be shipped free of charge (not the Faeroe Islands or Greenland)

For all international orders the shipment will be DKK 79.- (calculated into the chosen currency) for insured shipping.

We know insured shipping from Denmark is expensive, therefore we can offer the following:

For all international order we can offer free shipping if you take the risc
- You will have no T&T
- You will not get a new free shipment if shipment is lost in the crazy world of the Post services around the world.

Low order fee
Due to many small international orders with free shipping, we are forced to charge "Low order fee" for orders below DKK 400,- (appx. EURO 55,-).
The "Low ordre fee is DKK 37.50 (appx. EURO 5,-)


Retur:
It is easy to return an item for an exchange or refund. For a full refund, return merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Please assist us by indicating the reason for your return or exchange on the back of your packing slip.
We will refund or credit the value of the item you were charged within 6 days of receiving it. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
